Target Gears/wheels for Hall Effect Gear Tooth Sensors

ChenYang Technologies GmbH & Co. KG. designs and makes custom target gears/wheels for the Hall Effect Gear Tooth Sensors mentioned above. The target wheels are optimized according to the desired duty cycle, phase drift and sensing gap etc of the speed measuring systems. The following parameters should be given for the design:
  • Duty cycle of output impulse
  • Phase drift between two output signals for sensor series CYGTS104
  • Sensing distance/gap between sensor and target wheel
  • Outer diameter of target wheel
  • Mounting diameter of target wheel
  • The teeth number of target wheel (the teeth number of designed target gear is approximate to the desired teeth number).
The design and test time of rotation speed measuring systems can be substantially reduced by using the target wheel designed and made by ChenYang Technologies.
